This is a specialty shop for LeTAO’s Fromage Danish,
which is committed to using only ingredients from Hokkaido,
such as cheese and milk.
The Danish dough is made
using 100% Hokkaido flour and LeTAO’s original yeast.
It is left to ferment at low temperatures for 72 hours
and then crafted into 27 layers.
The Danish features a pleasant,
crunchy texture as well as the aroma of wheat.
Enjoy your freshly baked Danish in the open-air terrace seating area.
